I do speak up in meetings
I’ve learned to use my Quiet loudly
No desire to be the center of attention
But can handle the spotlight anyways
Along way from my wallflower days,
Thankfully.

But it’s the desire to
SAY IT AS I MEAN IT
You know it.

To make a request
To be loud and clear
To demand action

That’s the word I’m looking for
DEMAND ACTION
